Earthquakes are 'No Bueno' in High-rises

i've been in earthquakes before........but never while in a high-rise.
i work in a tower in Burbank, for 'The House of Mouse', and there was a "5.3"Magnitude Earthquake today, like, just a few minutes ago. feels like you're gonna plummet.
and that would suck.
